EduLink Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EduLink collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users use the EduLink Teacher and EduLink Student applications.

EduLink uses cloud services, including Firebase services, for application functionality such as authentication, database storage, hosting, and backend operations.

EduLink is an educational application that may be used by students. Information associated with student accounts is used only to provide educational and application functionality.

EduLink does not use children's personal information for targeted advertising or sell children's personal information.

Users may request deletion of their EduLink account and associated personal data.

When an account deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account is deleted in accordance with the application's deletion process.

Certain limited technical records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or maintaining the integrity of the service. Such retained records are not used for advertising.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide EduLink services or meet legitimate operational and legal requirements.
